Drosos leads the Skin Care, Cosmetics, Personal Cleansing, and Deodorants & Male Personal Care beauty brands such as: Olay, SK-II, Noxzema, Gillette Anti-Perspirant, TAG, CoverGirl, Max Factor, Secret, Old Spice, Camay, Ivory and Safeguard.  She is passionate about delighting consumers with fresh, innovative products and personally spends time with consumers to understand their lifestyles, make-up habits and aspirations.  Since joining P&G in 1987, Gina has spent nearly her entire career in the beauty business leading global brands like Olay, Cover Girl, Nice ‘n Easy, Koleston, and regional brands like Zest, Noxzema and Ivory.  Before taking over the cosmetics business in 2005, Gina spent two years in Geneva, Switzerland, managing P&G’s Personal Beauty Care portfolio in Europe, including Olay, Max Factor and Infasil. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Gina graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from The University of Georgia, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a Master of Business Administration.  She lives in Cincinnati, OH with her husband Perry, their two children, Will and Claire.
