Applaud Madonna Badger, CEW’s 2021 Lifetime Achievement Award Honoree
Madonna Badger, Founder and CCO of creative firm Badger & Winters, has dedicated more than 30 years to improving how women are represented, served, and hired in media. In 2016, Madonna launched the powerful #WomenNotObjects campaign, which championed the end of the objectification of women in advertising.  She also successfully lobbied Cannes Lions to prohibit work that objectifies women.

Honor L’Oréal USA, 2021’s Corporate Empowerment for Women (C.E.W.) Award Recipient
L’Oréal USA CEO Stéphane Rinderknech will accept the C.E.W. Award, which is recognizing the firm’s achievements in moving women forward in its company. Today, 70 percent of L’Oréal USA’s workforce is comprised of women, with three of the company’s four business divisions and the head of Operations led by women, a first for L’Oréal USA.

Learn from Julia Haart, Co-Owner/CEO, Elite World Group
Under Julia Haart’s leadership, EWG has transformed the traditional talent management business model by melding the worlds of commerce and technology. Julia’s mission to revolutionize the talent industry is the subject of a Netflix series, “My Unorthodox Life,” as is Julia’s life journey, which included being raised in a fundamentalist Orthodox community in Monsey, NY. In 2012, at the age of 43, Julia managed to leave the community and set out on her own. The career journey that developed over the next nine years is nothing short of extraordinary.
