The CEW Innovator Awards celebrate 25 women making significant contributions to the science of beauty. These female beauty innovators are creating groundbreaking advancements in ingredients, sustainability, packaging, technology, and formulas that elevate industry standards.
Innovator Award Honorees will be featured in an exclusive report launching November 19 and accessible to CEW members. In addition, the Innovators will be celebrated at a private cocktail party. A webinar featuring select Innovators will be held in December.
Submissions are now open to nominate a beauty innovator.
Nominees of women working in the beauty industry should be either in-house, at a supplier, or independent. The individual should demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following:
- Scientific or product innovation
- Ingredient or packaging development
- Sustainability leadership
- R&D, lab, or product development
