CEW’s Indie Brand Beauty Creators Award celebrates the creativity, originality and entrepreneurial spirit at a small independent beauty company. It’s designed to engage and introduce beauty consumers to the ingenuity of an “indie.”

Companies who enter must:

• Manufacture beauty products (product line must be from eligible Beauty Creators Awards categories)
• Indie brand must have majority ownership (51% or more) of the company

Indie Brand

This category honors a beauty brand (not a specific product or product line) with majority founder ownership (51% or more) as of April 2022. Past Indie Brand submissions can be entered.

Indie Skincare

Skincare products are designed to treat the eyes, lips, or face (excluding skincare tools) and manufactured by a beauty company with majority founder ownership (51% or more) as of April 2022. Makeup and color products should be submitted in the appropriate Makeup category.
