Nutricosmetics company Ceramiracle is launching its first flagship store in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The California-based brand, known for its ingestible supplements and topical skin care, is aiming to combine beauty and wellness in a 3,500-square-foot, one-stop-shop, offering a retail boutique, medispa, organic cafe and training institute.

“A brick-and-mortar store has always been a necessity for Ceramiracle as it would complete our brand philosophy of total holistic agelessness,” explained Eugene He, CEO/Founder, Ceramiracle. “We wanted our first flagship to be outside the U.S., and since Kuala Lumpur is an exciting melting pot of cultures and ideas, it’s the perfect city for us to test out this concept. We will now be able to engage, educate, nourish, treat and pamper our clients all in one space.”

Every detail of the location was designed to bring to life the luxurious medical spa experience of Southern California to Asia.

“The exterior of the shop was inspired by Rodeo Drive with clean lines, strong branding and a touch of old luxury,” explained Eugene. “The layout, space planning and choice of furniture were inspired by the beachfront houses of Malibu. Additionally, the three treatment rooms in the salon are named Santa Monica, Hollywood and Beverly Hills and features monochromatic photography of these iconic landmarks.”

Within the Aesthetics Salon, guests can choose from an array of Ceramiracle’s proprietary facial treatments all of which utilize the brand’s award-winning products alongside light, deep RF and ice therapies. After a treatment, they can then head over to The Ageless Café, which serves over 30 all-organic brews boasting herbs, fruits, tea leaves and coffee beans sourced from all over the world. The teas, which were personally developed by Eugene, features blends that aim to deliver the double benefits of beauty and wellness. “For example, our First Light Signature Tea is made from collagen-boosting botanicals that are meant to be beneficial for skin health and skin vitality,” said Eugene.

As a clinical naturopath, the idea of a beauty and wellness destination has always been a venture Eugene wanted to create for Ceramiracle. And, as consumers are becoming more health-conscious than ever, now is the right time for the brand which has been ahead of the wellness trend since inception.

“Ceramiracle started with a skin supplement designed to address the visible signs of aging, so right from the beginning we have always been about the elegant and seamless integration of nutrition with beauty,” he explained. “In addition to wellness services, I also wanted to create a space where our clients can wind down and catch up with their girlfriends in a safe and familiar space. I believe this is a trend that is inevitable as the overlaps between beauty and health becomes more apparent.”

The arrival of the Kuala Lumpur location has created an “overwhelming response” from clients, said Eugene and the company is already working on expansion plans.

“We are now working on a second location in Sabah, in East Malaysia on the Borneo Islands, and we are also looking to get things started in Taiwan and Myanmar in the near future. A U.S. flagship is also in the pipeline and we are currently looking for a suitable space in Santa Monica with the goal of launching by the end of 2018.”
