In response to the current beauty boom, sampling expert Arcade Beauty has added two new capabilities to its newly-formed retail division to strengthen and expand its suite of services. The new initiatives look to strengthen and expand what the group already offers in blending and filling for fragrance lineups, color matching, and stability and compatibility testing.

Adding to their existing in-house retail filling capabilities for tubes, bottles, and jars, Arcade Beauty is now able to produce and fill 3D spouted pouches for customers, offering 200-ml to 500-ml sizes. These larger-sized product options will result in less waste by reducing the use of rigid packaging—such as a tube or bottle—and introduces the use of recyclable mono-materials, according to the company.   The new capability supports Arcade Beauty’s global CSR goals.

A second initiative is a partnership with formulation expert L’Onvie with innovative formulas for the skin care, hair care, and cosmetic categories to work on shared sustainability goals to offer turnkey full-sized product formulation and manufacturing. Formulas have the option to be clean and vegan and implement natural ingredients.

The move looks to round out the group’s capabilities as a full-service provider.

Arcade’s Beauty retail division was created in November 2021.
