Ranavat Enters Sephora Stores: Sephora is set to carry its first South Asian-founded Ayurvedic Skincare brand. Ayurvedic skin care brand Ranavat, is now entering more than 250 Sephora doors nationwide. Ranavat first became available on Sephora.com in February and has become a favorite to many celebrities, including Mindy Kaling, Hailey Bieber, and Gwyneth Paltrow. The brand was founded in 2017 by Michelle Ranavat and includes a variety of hair care and skin care products.

Influencer Ariana Fletcher Launches Makeup Line Remedy By Ari: Model and macro-influencer Ariana Fletcher, @therealkylesister, has launched Remedy By Ari, a makeup line that includes a variety of products, including Signature Eyeshadow Palette, a mix of warm, neutral, matte, and shimmer shades, lip liners, and lip glosses. The brand will be sold exclusively on RemedybyAri.co. Prices range from $16 to $60 and are available for shipping worldwide. Items are free from phthalates and parabens, and is vegan and cruelty-free.

HigherDose Expanded Leadership Team: Infared device brand HigherDose appointed three new hires to build out the brand’s leadership team. The new executives include Lisa Pounds as Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Scott Anderson as Vice President of Marketing, and Fiona Hillery as the Head of Brand Communications and Experiential. Brooklyn & Bailey McKnight launch ITK Skincare: Brooklyn and Bailey McKnight are following in their beauty veteran mother Mindy McKnight’s footsteps. The sisters have created a Walmart-exclusive beauty brand, ITK Skincare, comprised of 15 SKUs, including microneedle pimple patches, an SPF 50 sunscreen serum, and day + night eye cream. Prices range from $6.97 to $14.97. Items will be sold in 3,800 stores nationwide and online, and are vegan, dermatologist-tested, and free from artificial fragrances, sulfates, and parabens. ITK Skincare was created in partnership with Maesa, the beauty incubator that partnered with Mindy on her Walmart-exclusive hair care brand, Hairitage.

BeautyHealth Appoints New Leadership: BeautyHealth CEO Andrew Stanleick has appointed Stefanie Gebauer as President of the Southeast Asia division, and Jon Arnold, former Remy Cointreau’s’ American Chief Commercial Offer, as President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) division. Both Jon and Stephanie will join the BeautyHealth Committee and will be responsible for the company’s in-region strategy, accelerating growth, and marketing and sales. In a press release, Andrew stated, ““I am thrilled to have Jon and Stefanie come aboard.
