Amid an overall corporate restructuring, which includes closing 14 stores this spring, Macy’s has re-organized its beauty department, reducing the number of Cosmetics/Fragrance VP DMM’s from three to two.

Brian Hoke, who formerly oversaw fragrances, was promoted to Group Vice President for Women’s Shoes.

Nancy Schmidt, Group Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager, Cosmetics, Trend & Prestige, has added responsibility for the big three beauty brands to her role (Estée Lauder, Clinique and Lancôme), which includes overseeing all color/cosmetics. Effective Feb. 2nd, her new title will be GVP, DMM Cosmetics.

Linda Levy, formerly Group Vice President/Divisional Merchandise Manager who oversaw Macy’s big three beauty brands, and is now Group Vice President for Fragrances.
