Anne Carullo, Senior Vice President, Global Product Development, Estée Lauder, TOM FORD BEAUTY and GLAMGLOW, is set to retire December 31, 2018, with a transition period beginning this month. During the transition, Anne will lead a special assignment focused on building best-in-class Product Marketing and Product Development practices and capabilities for The Estée Lauder Cos. A succession plan will be announced at a later date.

Anne’s beauty industry career began at Revlon in 1979, followed by positions at L’Oréal and Max Factor. She joined Lauder in 1992 as Vice President, Corporate Creative Product Planning, and moved over to Prescriptives in 1994 to lead product development and marketing. She is credited as a driving force behind the global development of Estée Lauder’s skin care and makeup products since 2002, including helping to establish Advanced Night Repair as the brand’s number one serum worldwide; the creation of Estée Lauder’s first regionally relevant franchise, Nutritious; and, doubling the size of the Double Wear makeup franchise through the research of skin tones around the world. In 2010, Anne expanded her product development responsibilities to TOM FORD BEAUTY where she oversaw the successful launches of the cosmetics collection, including the brand’s iconic Lip Colors; best-selling Eye Quads, Shade and Illuminate; and, men’s grooming and women’s skin care. Most recently, Anne added GLAMGLOW to her portfolio, and has provided support and guidance to the Los Angeles-based team as they integrate into the larger firm.
