Guillaume Jesel has been promoted to Global Brand President, Tom Ford Beauty, effective July 1, 2016. He will continue to report to John Demsey, Executive Group President, The Estée Lauder Companies and serve as a member of the Company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Tom Ford Beauty is slated to become a billion-dollar brand by 2020.

For the past two years, as Senior Vice President Global General Manager, Guillaume Jesel has led the brand in achieving accelerated, double-digit growth across all regions. He has been instrumental in establishing the brand’s leadership in luxury makeup and fragrance, and unlocking new avenues of growth with enhanced digital and social capabilities.

Guillaume has been with Estée Lauder for 16 years, serving in a number of senior roles, including Vice President, Global Makeup Marketing for the Estée Lauder brand, and Senior Vice President, Global and North America Marketing, M·A·C. During his 10-year tenure at M·A·C, he helped establish the brand as a leader in social media and lead the brand’s fashion and pop culture collaborations. Prior to Lauder, he served in marketing capacities of increasing responsibility at the Lancôme division of L’Oréal.
