Gregg Renfew, Beautycounter

As CEO of Beautycounter, Gregg is dedicated to setting a new health and safety standard for the beauty industry. She actively helps mobilize her employees to advocate for more federal regulation, specifically for the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to ban the use of harmful ingredients in personal care products. Today, the company generates about $200 million in annual sales according to industry sources.
