What first started as coffee chats with small brands “to pick her brain,” has evolved into a full-fledged business for Jeannine Morris, with her eye keenly on servicing aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals.

The beauty brand consultant is expanding her expertise to target indies and entrepreneurs with The JM Collective, a boutique branding and marketing consultancy. Whether a freelance hairstylist, salon owner or start-up indie brand, The JM Collective aims to bring high-level consulting services to entrepreneurs—with a small-firm budget in mind.

Throughout her decade-long career, Jeannine has worn many hats, including a multimedia journalist and influencer; a blogger reaching tens of thousands of women every month; a spokesperson for brands such as L’Oréal and Estée Lauder; and a consultant for global beauty firms, including Procter & Gamble, as well as NYC-based public relations agencies such as DeVries Global and Lippe Taylor.
