The Estée Lauder Companies has named two new members to its Board of Directors. Jennifer Hyman, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rent the Runway; and Jennifer Tejada, Chief Executive Officer of PagerDuty, bring the total number of board members to 17, eight of whom are women. The addition of both women brings the board to near gender parity.

Jennifer Hyman, 37, founded Rent the Runway in 2009, which rents designer apparel and accessories to women.She has grown the business to include nine million members, 1,200 employees and 500-plus designer brands.

Jennifer Tejada, 47, oversees the digital operations management platform, PagerDuty, which has doubled its revenue, grown its customer portfolio to more than 10,000 businesses and expanded its global footprint in key international markets such as Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
