The mass market makeup brand will be staging one of the biggest shows of the week with a star-studded cast of models and spokespersons from around the world.

L’Oréal Paris hits the runway October 1 when the beauty behemoth aims to transform the Avenue des Champs-Elysées into a giant fashion runway where it has cast global ambassadors to strut their stuff in honor of Paris Fashion Week.

The event, which L’Oréal Paris has dubbed ‘Le Defilé L’Oreal Paris’ and translates as ‘the show’, was conceived in collaboration with La Fédération de la Haute Couture, further cementing the synergy between beauty and fashion that pervades so much creativity today.

Gracing the catwalk will be a cast of diverse L’Oréal Paris beauties including Jane Fonda, Dutch model Doutzen Kroes, model Maria Borges (the newest face of L’Oréal Paris who made headlines two years ago when she walked down the Victoria’s Secret runway with an afro), and model Soo Joo Park.

“Le Défilé L’Oréal Paris is truly open to all, and we are proud to cast models and spokespersons from around the world, and from diverse backgrounds to represent beauty for everyone,” said Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, L’Oréal Paris global brand president, in a statement.

The show, featuring L’Oréal Paris’ familiar global ambassadors, as well as new faces and fashion icons, will feature over 70 unique hair and makeup looks, according to the brand.

L’Oréal Paris has partnered with Chopard, the luxury jewelry brand, and a number of established and emerging fashion houses including Balmain, Courrèges, Mulberry, Isabel Marant, Pierre Hardy and Olivier Theyskens.

Val Garland, L’Oréal Paris’ new global makeup director, will be in charge of the makeup looks, and Stéphane Lancien, global hair director, will lead hair. Additionally, master classes led by Garland and Lancien immediately after the show will be live-streamed on social media.

The show will take place at 3:30PM, Paris time (9:30AM EST).
