With over 30 years in beauty, Monica has served in numerous sales and merchandising leadership roles at Nordstrom and Sephora, along with beauty companies including Bare Escentuals, L’Oréal, The Estée Lauder Companies and Chanel.

Why is attending industry programs meaningful?
Events are meaningful not only because they celebrate and recognize the achievements of partners, friends and colleagues but also because they showcase the leadership and personal qualities that help make these individuals successful. Moreover, these events highlight companies for the contributions they are making to move the industry forward.

That it works, and I can visibly see and or feel the results!

Yes, providing recognition to others and being recognized are both important because our intention and objective is to be the most loved beauty destination for our guests and to be the partner of choice for our brands. Therefore, receiving recognition for these efforts [from the beauty industry] validates and showcases those efforts.
