Moroccanoil, best known for its line of professional argan oil-infused products, is enhancing awareness of its body line by entering Barneys New York flagship stores nationwide, and as well as on Distribution at the specialty retailer marks the brand’s first foray into retail–outside of salon–and looks to advance its profile in the prestige beauty channel.

During the two-week launch phase, Moroccanoil will be positioned throughout all promotional areas of Barney’s cosmetic department, in addition to being featured within windows and product vitrines. Shoppers will have the opportunity to take advantage of special offers, including gifts with purchase and samples.

The brand, which is officially located in the apothecary area, has made all 10 SKUs from the Body collection available at the retailer, with new innovations expected to roll out in fall 2014.
