On Tuesday morning RéVive Skincare invited beauty industry insiders to an intimate breakfast and panel discussion around the theme, “Ageless Beauty: The New Standard.”

“We decided to hold our panel to encourage and inspire ongoing dialogue and insights around cultural perceptions of beauty and aging,” explained Elana Drell Szyfer, CEO of RéVive Skincare. “At ReVive, our ‘community’ includes many thought leaders and we wanted to host this conversation as told through the lenses of our panelists and their respected areas of expertise – science and aesthetics, consumer demand, psychology, editorial influence, and a growing need for efficacy and transparency.”

The panel, moderated by Elana, included: Dr. Gregory Bays Brown, Founder of RéVive Skincare; Lauren Remington Platt, Founder of Vênsette and RéVive Partner;Samantha Boardman MD, Psychiatrist & Founder of Positive Prescription; Pauline Brown, Advisor, Lecturer & Author; and, Laurel Pantin, Editor, Stylist and Consultant.

The panelists discussed various topics, including how social media has impacted perceptions of getting older; the evolution of cosmetic surgery from a subject of taboo to an accepted preventative measure; and, how an individual’s attitude influences how they age.

Expect to see more events from the brand as the luxury skin care line looks to become a trusted resource for consumers.

“One of our objectives as a brand is to provide our customers with a holistic approach to beauty and self-care by being a provider of information and by taking part in the conversation with them,” said Elana. “While this was our first, we hope to continue them on a regular basis. Coming out of the panel, we have plans to continue the dialogue on our social media channels and through continued interviews that will be broadcast through Facebook live and YouTube.”
