Former Johnson & Johnson executive, Stefano Curti, has been named Global President of Markwins Beauty Brands, effective January 3. In this position Stefano will oversee the company’s brand portfolio, which includes wet n wild, Physicians Formula, Black Radiance, Lip Smacker, Bonne Bell, The Color Workshop, The Color Institute and POP. Bill George, President and COO of North America, will shift his responsibilities from the day-to-day management of Markwins’ brands to working with Stefano through April 2018, before transitioning to a role on the company’s advisory board.

We will continue to build upon, add and strengthen a great North American momentum, and at the same time look to accelerate the meteoric growth of our world-class brands around the globe.”

Prior to his appointment, Stefano held various leadership roles in the beauty and personal care industry. He spent 22 years at J&J in several positions, including Global President of the Beauty and Baby divisions, which includes Johnson’s Baby, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Clean & Clear, Lubriderm, among others. He also held positions as President of J&J Consumer USA; General Manager, Neutrogena; Managing Director for J&J in Europe; and, Marketing Director, Europe, Africa and Middle East. He most recently served as Global President at Genomma Lab International, where he oversaw thebrand portfolio and financial results of the beauty and personal care company.
