Nathalie Berger Duquene has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, Tom Ford Beauty, effective October 1. Nathalie reports directly to Guillaume Jesel, Global President, Tom Ford Beauty. She is charged with helping oversee the full global marketing continuum, shape and uphold brand equity, lead innovation and ensure excellence in go-to-market strategy.
Most recently Nathalie was VP/GM Tom Ford Beauty and Kilian Paris, EMEA.
Under her leadership, EMEA’s strategic and engaging go-to-market execution has brought the brand to exceptional retail growth and significant market share gains, according to the company.
Nathalie has more than 20 years’ experience in luxury beauty marketing in global, international and regional roles at Armani Beauty, Lancôme, Helena Rubinstein, Biotherm and Guerlain. She holds an MBA from ESSEC in Paris.
