Qualifications: “No one can engage a rep like Leslie. She built Bare Escentuals into a household name, one infomercial at a time.”

Who: Gina Boswell
Current Position: Executive Vice President, Personal Care, Unilever
Past Experience: President, Global Brands, Alberto-Culver; Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, North America for Avon Products
Qualifications: “A former Avon executive who has also taken on responsibilities outside of beauty, such as her role at Ford Motor Co., shows that Gina can take on any challenge.”

Who: Gina Drosos
Current Position: Group President, Global Skin and Personal Care, Procter & Gamble
Qualifications: “Gina manages a $16 billion global business. She’s a no-brainer for the role.”
