Over several weeks—including CEW’s multi-day product evaluation—they assess everything from formulation and ingredient innovation to efficacy and real-world performance.Phase 3: The CEW CommunityFinally\, CEW members cast the deciding vote. These are the beauty professionals who use\, recommend\, and champion the industry’s best products every day.
