CEW’s Diversity & Inclusion Forum featured thought-leaders, visionaries and industry experts who shared best practices and insights to guide our collective journey towards a more inclusive industry.

Results from an industry-wide survey developed by our Task Force*, provided a first look at how we can all drive action towards representation and advancement of Black women in beauty, and steps we can take together to build a more equitable future for all.
