Jessica is a Senior product development manager and the head formulator for Stripes. She is a trained cosmetic chemist who developed the brand’s formulas alongside founder Naomi Watts. She is passionate about clean, sustainable beauty and consistently employs new technologies. She has played an integral part in developing multiple new cosmetic ingredients, helping push boundaries to deliver sustainable solutions that work.
