For over 20 years, she has driven accelerated growth for brands including Clinique, Maybelline, Garnier, and La Roche-Posay. As General Manager, she developed and led a high-performing team that together built La Roche-Posay into a top-selling skincare brand in the U.S. With a deep passion for people development, she transitioned to lead Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at L’Oréal USA.

Today, in her coaching and consulting practice, Angela draws on her combined experience in business leadership, HR talent strategy, and executive and career coaching to partner with individuals and organizations.
