Brook Harvey-Taylor is the Founder and President of Pacifica Beauty, a 100% vegan and cruelty-free beauty brand that has been leading innovation in clean beauty for nearly 25 years. Brook founded Pacifica with her husband Billy Taylor, Pacifica’s CEO, in Portland, Oregon in 1996. Brook believes clean, non-toxic beauty should be available to all at an accessible price point, and is committed to producing efficacious products in sustainable packaging that do right by both the community and the planet.

Brook and the Pacifica Beauty team make all decisions around these key brand pillars: Clean Ingredients, Always Cruelty-Free, Sustainable Packaging and Community & Compassion. To this day, Brook conceptualizes and creates each and every product in the Pacifica portfolio with these core brand values in mind.

Brook currently resides with her husband, Billy, and their three children in Santa Barbara County, CA.
