Industrial Colour Pigments Pallette

INDUSTRIAL COLOUR PIGMENTS is a grunge-inspired palette with a punk purview. It featured 14 richly-pigmented eyeshadow shades, from soft mattes to cosmic metallics presented in a custom lacquered black case. The product is designed to be applied with fingers or blended with a brush, both on the eyes and painted on the rest of one’s face- there are no rules or boundaries with what these pigments can do. By adding water to the pigments, you can intensify the color or use as a liner.
