The CEW Finalist Nominating Committee is a diverse group of executives, entrepreneurs, industry insiders, editors, and social influencers. They are chosen for a combination of reasons, including their proven expertise in beauty, familiarity with the Beauty Awards, influence in the industry, and enthusiasm for CEW initiatives. The CEW Beauty Awards leverage the expertise of the CEW Finalist Nominating Committee to select the finalist products and brands. The Finalist Nominating Committee reviews the thousands of product submissions and votes for their favorite products in each category. The Finalist Nominating Committee is not able to vote on categories where they have a conflict of interest.

Additionally, the CEW Finalist Nominating Committee represents the Beauty Awards through participation in CEW Beauty Awards events and digital and social content. The Finalist Nominating Committee shares the CEW Beauty Awards with their community via social and professional networks.
