Today at CEW, we spotlight beauty industry leader Angela Guy’s keynote at CEW’s fourth annual Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Forum in November. In her address, Guy unpacked, from a beauty sector perspective, why DEI is essential at this pivotal time. “At the heart of Guy’s message is belonging, the idea that employees and consumers alike want to feel seen, supported, and connected,” writes CEW reporter Skylar Taylor. “As Guy explains, consumers want brands that reflect their identity and values. When brands fail to authentically represent this diversity, they risk losing trust.”
