Renowned for its radiance-boosting, 30-minute facials, Glowbar is making its skin care debut. “We wanted to provide a place for the client to be able to take Glowbar home with them,” Glowbar Founder and Chief Executive Officer Rachel Liverman told WWD. The first product to drop is the Expert Cleanser, which has been in development for two years.

In other skin care news, e.l.f. Skin hopes to make Gen Z more SPF-aware with its new “Sunhinged” comedy special, hosted by Marie Faustin and featuring Andrea Jin, Jon Rudnitsky, Meghan Trainor, and Heidi N’ Closet. The summer campaign supports the brand’s Suntouchable product range. Meanwhile, making headlines in sustainability,  Procter & Gamble has created a new, decision-making framework designed to help manufacturers of consumer and chemical goods follow low-carbon technology pathways. Its aim is to accelerate decarbonization throughout global supply chains.

Today at CEW, we report on the results of this year’s Salary Guide survey, published by the talent management solutions company, 24 Seven. “For the past 15 years, the company has collected salary data and other work-life information from 2,700 professionals across the marketing, creative, technology, beauty, fashion, and retail sectors,” explains CEW reporter Kate Sullivan. We sat down with Lisa Marie Ringus, Executive Vice President of Global Client Strategy and Growth, to unpack the key takeaways from the latest survey. 

In female leadership news, Women We Admire has announced The Top 50 Women Chief Marketing Officers of 2025 at its website. Among those featured are Lori Burgher, Chief Marketing Officer at Arbonne, the beauty and wellness company.

In acquistions updates, Lornamead — part of the Fung group, which owns beauty brands including Yardley London, Finesse, Aqua Net and Lypsyl — has been acquired by private equity firm Sojourner Consumer Partners, for an undisclosed sum.
