Glossier is making beauty headlines with the announcement that its CEO, Kyle Leahy, will be stepping down at the end of the year. The search is now on for her successor. “Over three years ago, Emily [Weiss] and I shared exciting news about Glossier’s next chapter, and I was honored to step into my role as CEO of the company she built,” shared Leahy in a statement to Glossier staffers, shared by WWD.
