Introducing CEW Mentorship Program

This structured program brings members together in curated cohorts for meaningful discussion, real-world insights, and career growth, guided by industry leaders. 

Here is how it works:

• Each cohort consists of one experienced industry mentor and a curated group of mentees, matched based on career level, industry sector, job function, and professional goals.
• Cohorts meet monthly for 60-minute virtual sessions over the course of five months, creating a consistent space for connection, reflection, and shared learning.
• Each session focuses on a theme to guide meaningful discussion and practical, real-world insights.
• Mentors will facilitate conversations, providing guidance and candid insight.
• Mentees are expected to actively engage and contribute to each discussion.
