In his role, he works with key, national beauty brands to craft their TikTok Shop strategy, explore creator- and content-led e-commerce, and grow the TikTok Shop sales. Ajay is a longtime digital commerce leader with experience scaling brands on both the brand manufacturer & platform side. Prior to TikTok, he was VP of E-commerce & Digital at Unilever, and prior to that, he held multiple positions within Amazon’s retail organization, and Microsoft’s technology teams.
