Alisa Metzger is the Co-Founder of INNBEAUTY Project. Alisa is a beauty marketing veteran with over 15 years of experience working for major brands like L’Oréal, La Prairie, Procter & Gamble, and Coty. Her love for the beauty industry, driven by an uncompromising passion to blend the worlds of innovation, multigenerational inclusivity, and aesthetics paired with her innate ability to understand consumer concerns and needs led her to recognize a significant gap in the market. This insight inspired Metzger to create INNBEAUTY Project, a high performance, high value skincare brand, alongside Co-Founder Jen Shane in 2019.
