Amanda Baldwin

Amanda Baldwin is the CEO of OLAPLEX, the innovative, science-enabled and technology-driven haircare company. Since joining OLAPLEX in December 2023, Amanda has overseen the entirety of the brand, setting its strategy for growth and innovation, while leading the company’s marketing, sales, product development, operations and finance divisions.

Amanda is a veteran of the beauty industry. Prior to joining OLAPLEX, she served as the CEO of leading SPF skincare brand Supergoop! for over seven years, and has held top marketing positions at Dior Beauty at Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) and Clinique, a part of The Estée Lauder Companies.

Amanda earned an A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard College and an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Palmer Scholar.  She is a graduate of the Aspen Seminar, serves on the board of Ibotta, Inc and KIPP NYC, and is a member of YPO Manhattan and the Baker Retailing Center Directors’ Council. She is a winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year and has been named one of the Top 25 Most Inspirational Female Leaders and a Woman of Influence by the New York Business Journal.

She lives in Manhattan with her husband and son.
