She recently joined NEOM Wellbeing as GM & SVP, United States. NEOM is expanding across N. America, with a recent rollout to full distribution at Ulta Beauty. Kahn was SVP, Global Marketing at RéVive, a luxury skincare brand where she led brand strategy, consumer & retail marketing, creative, PD, and founder initiatives in a CMO capacity.

Prior to RéVive, Kahn held leadership roles at PÜR Beauty, Space Brands & Laura Geller Beauty. Kahn began her career at Coty Prestige, Inc. and the Estee Lauder Companies.
