Over the course of her career, she has steered iconic names, guided companies through turnaround situations, and engineered strategic growth across highly competitive markets. Most recently, Amy was the Chief Executive Officer of THG Beauty Brands and Labs, where she managed a $300 million portfolio of renowned brands such as Perricone MD, Biossance, and Christophe Robin, along with two contract manufacturing companies. She drove significant restructuring and operational efficiency, resulting in millions of dollars in cost savings and margin improvements. Amy led the revival of Christophe Robin with a refreshed Brand strategy and impressive growth in both the US and UK markets.
Prior to joining THG, Amy was Chief Executive Officer at LOLA, where she took the helm when the business stood on the brink of bankruptcy. She oversaw a complete turnaround, leading the company toward a successful exit. Her tenure saw a dramatic reduction in operating costs and complexity, strong improvements in inventory and margin management, and a revitalized direct-to-consumer business.
Amy held the role of Brand President at Wander Beauty, where she restructured the brand to deliver its first positive EBITA in six years. At Stila Cosmetics, as Global Chief Marketing Officer, she led the digital transformation and the relaunch of the brand’s website, while driving global marketing programs and business development efforts that restored relevance and growth.
Her earlier executive experience includes senior marketing roles at Citizen Watch, Ralph Lauren, Elizabeth Arden, Estée Lauder Companies, and L’Oréal U.S.A. Throughout these positions—with responsibility often spanning global and regional operations—she built and led cross-functional teams, shaped successful go-to-market strategies, and spearheaded consumer insights for some of the world’s most recognized brands.
