Macy's, Inc. VP, DMM - Fragrances

Amy Kocienda was named VP, DMM of Fragrances at Macy’s in 2025. In this role, she oversees strategy, brand partnerships, and category performance across the company’s fragrance portfolio. She brings more than a decade of merchandising and digital experience to the role, having previously led Site Merchandising for Beauty & Center Core at Macys.

During her tenure at Macy’s, Kocienda has held key buying positions across beauty, contemporary apparel, footwear, and accessories. She holds a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Psychology from Union College.
