Head of Global Beauty & Luxury Meta

Ajaa Long is a Marketing Executive with 15+ years of experience working at the largest global Beauty companies.  She is currently Head of Global Beauty and Luxury at Facebook where she leads these verticals for all Facebook platforms including Instagram and leads the teams that manage Facebook’s largest Beauty and Luxury partnerships.  Prior to Facebook, Ajaa was at The Estee Lauder Companies where she led global and regional teams that developed new product innovation, marketing campaigns and go-to market strategies.  Her last role at ELC was Vice President Marketing for the Estee Lauder brand and AERIN Beauty leading Brand Marketing, Digital & Media, Merchandising and Creative in North America.  Ajaa began her career at L’Oréal in a corporate Sales executive management accelerator.  She has been featured in Essence Magazine as a Black Beauty Executive shaping the industry, she is a board member of the National Mother’s Day Council which supports Save the Children and a member of CEW.   Ajaa holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Spelman College.  She resides in Montclair, NJ with her husband Sean and 3 children – Giselle, Sienna and Sean “Leo”  Jr.
