Autumn Yarbrough is a hardcore, multi-industry entrepreneur who knows what it takes to build through the ebbs, flows, and pivots because she’s done it across three generations of business and multiple categories. Before NU Standard, Autumn founded and scaled an insurance agency to seven figures with a team of two, then sold the company in 2020 to go all-in on building a next-generation beauty and wellness brand.

Since launching NU Standard in 2020, Autumn has built a wellness-led hair brand that started with nutritional support and expanded into the professional channel, equipping licensed pros with tools and education that translate from the chair to the client’s daily routine, and expanding access to hair wellness where it’s needed most.

Autumn is known for building with limited time, limited capital, and big vision—creating smart, creative growth strategies and executing with a lean team of five. She is a member of the Independent Beauty Association and the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, has been active with CEW for over five years (since the launch of NU Standard), and proudly serves as a 2026 CEW Ambassador.
