Bonnie Landes Beer is a senior beauty industry executive and board advisor with a track record of building and scaling differentiated brands across the global beauty ecosystem. Her leadership spans strategy, innovation, marketing, operations, and manufacturing, giving her a rare end-to-end perspective from brand conception through global commercialization. She partners with founders, executives, and investors to identify market white space, accelerate growth, exit readiness and create durable enterprise value.

Recognized for combining analytical rigor with strong creative judgment, Bonnie identifies and builds differentiated brands with lasting consumer relevance. She advises and partners closely with leadership teams to align cross-functional capabilities that delivers scalable results.

Bonnie joined the Board of Directors of Allure Beauty Concepts in July 2021 and the Board of Directors of Dazzle Dry in May 2025. She previously held senior leadership roles spanning marketing, innovation, and manufacturing with KDC/ONE, Sundial Brands, Laura Mercier, Elizabeth Arden, and Estée Lauder.

She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Northwestern University.
