Her distinguished career includes leadership roles at MAC Cosmetics, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Charlotte Tilbury, Orveon, and currently, Parfum Christian Dior. Brinn successfully steered the North American Commercial business through periods of rapid growth and transformation, notably during the acquisitions of Anastasia Beverly Hills and Charlotte Tilbury. Her expertise extends to the private equity sector, where she has been instrumental in both small and large-scale M&A journeys, including building portfolios for emerging brands and serving as the founding Chief Revenue Officer for Orveon Global, a beauty group started with a carveout from Shiseido Brands.
Currently, Brinn holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer North America at Parfum Christian Dior, where she has been pivotal in driving retail operational excellence and shaping the future of luxury retail. Her long-standing involvement with the Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) organization, including a memorable CEW Award win with Charlotte Tilbury in 2021, underscores her commitment to the industry.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Brinn is an avid traveler and CrossFitter, enjoying these activities with her husband. They reside in Los Angeles, CA, with their two dogs, Harley and Spanky.
