After over a decade spent honing her love for Retail in NYC, Cassandra Jones, SVP GM Essentials, Beauty, Health, finds herself now leading one of the most compelling, influential and accessible teams on the American retail scene. Armed with a dynamic team that is on the forefront of Beauty and Cosmetics, the South Dakota native has a passion for all things product and customer; she loves when her customers find just the right thing, with ease and accessibility. With a refreshingly authentic and unpretentious approach, this modern-day arbiter of business and style has held a multitude of roles over her 20 year career ranging from merchandising, to digital, to sourcing at some of retails foremost companies, including Marshall Fields, Macy’s and Target.

Prior to this role Cassandra held the position of SVP of Fashion and Digital strategy at Macy’s.  She moved to MPLS in October 2018 with her Husband and their 2 young Boys (6&3) to rejoin the Target team.
