Catherine’s career began in Oil & Gas, where she developed resilience and operational excellence managing complex global operations. Transitioning to luxury, she held pivotal roles at Tiffany & Co. and Louis Vuitton, where she balanced heritage and transformation, fostering innovation while preserving tradition. Her deep understanding of brand essence and cultural nuance allows her to tailor solutions that resonate across diverse markets and audiences.

With over 20 years of experience, Catherine has led multinational teams through organizational transformations, managed procurement and sourcing for luxury brands, and managed operations in seven countries. At AlixPartners, she helps clients achieve sustainable growth by enhancing resilience, operational efficiency, and creative momentum.

She holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
