Charlotte Holman-Ros

Charlotte Holman Ros serves as President of Parfums Christian Dior in North America where she is committed to cultivating a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion, fostering exceptional brand and business growth through people. Her visionary leadership has been recognized industry-wide, with WWD naming her Brand Builder of the Year in 2022 and Category Builder, Fragrances, in 2023.  With over 15 years of experience in the consumer and luxury sectors, she has consistently delivered transformative results, elevating brands and redefining the client experience.

Prior to her role at Dior, Charlotte held senior executive positions at Charlotte Tilbury and Burberry, where she successfully navigated periods of rapid growth, including the pivotal sale of Charlotte Tilbury to Puig in 2020. She began her career as a senior management consultant at the Monitor Group (now Deloitte), specializing in growth strategies within the consumer and healthcare sectors. Charlotte holds a First-Class MAHons in Modern History from Christ Church, University of Oxford.  She is a mother of three, and at weekend loves nothing more than losing herself in nature with her kids.
