Christina Fair embarked on her career journey in the beauty industry over 20 years ago, spending her past 15 rewarding years at L’Oreal USA. In 2020, Tina was appointed as the first woman President of the Active Cosmetic Division (ACD) inNorth America, where she then also became a part of the L’Oreal USA Strategic Committee. Christina is recognized as a people-first leader, who has cultivated an environment of trust, collaboration, and purpose. She also has a personal passion for mentoring women to reach their personal and professional goals. These values in leadership have helped contribute to the success of the ACD Division, the fastest growing division in L’Oreal.

In the two years since her appointment to President of ACD, Christina has doubled the size of the division in sales and created a medically rooted model that collaborates with over 50K Healthcare Practitioners. The division has grown to be the #1 Dermatologist Recommended Manufacturer, driven by having the largest sales force in the skincare industry, focusing on CeraVe and La Roche-Posay. Additionally,Christina led the strategic acquisition of Skin Better Science in 2022, to further solidify ACD’s leadership in the medical dispensing skincare channel, where SkinCeuticals already holds the #1 position.

Christina began her career with L’Oreal in 2008, in the Consumer Products Division as a Director on Garnier Skincare. She then was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Marketing for Garnier Skincare, reaching record sales with first-to-market innovations. Christina then was promoted to Vice President of Marketing for Maybelline, overseeing the Face and Nail category, where she spearheaded the first use omni-channel integrated campaign, propelling Maybelline to be the #1 foundation position.

In 2013, Christina moved to the Active Cosmetic Division to serve as Vice President of GlobalMarketing for SkinCeuticals. While in this role, she led the development of two of the brand’s most successful product innovations as well as the brand’s expansion into medical devices. In 2018, Christina was promoted to General Manager of SkinCeuticals US, elevating the brand to be the#1 Medical Professional Skincare Brand in the US.

Christina began her beauty career at Avon, where she spent six years growing their cosmetics business. Then, Christina accepted an opportunity to launch a medical brand, Kinerase, into high end retail. Her passion and talent for strategically building brands led to a successful launch, ultimately growing the retail business by 104%.

Christina is a graduate of Elon University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Economics. She currently resides in Brooklyn, with her husband and two children, along with a dog and cat.
