With over 20 years of experience, she has built a stellar career shaping some of the biggest brands across multiple channels, including Skinceuticals, Maybelline New York, Garnier, Kinerase, and Avon.
Christina began her journey in beauty at Avon Products, where she honed her expertise in marketing and brand growth. In 2008, she joined L’Oréal USA’s Consumer Products Division, quickly rising through the ranks from Director and Assistant Vice President of Marketing for Garnier Skincare to Vice President of Marketing for Maybelline, where she led the Face and Nail categories. Her leadership and strategic vision propelled her to the role of President of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, North America, in 2020, Committee.
During her tenure as General Manager of Skinceuticals US, Christina transformed the brand into the #1 medical professional skincare brand in the country. Previously, as Vice President of Global Marketing for Skinceuticals DMI, she drove the development of blockbuster products like Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 and HA Intensifier. She also spearheaded the brand’s expansion into medical devices with CryoCorrect and revolutionized personalization in skincare with Custom D.O.S.E.
