CEW is a terrific organization that allows you to have various tools to support your career – there are great events that provide information on a vast array of beauty related topics both in person and online with easy to access webinars, as well as robust beauty industry news.
Do you have any tips for getting the most out of CEW membership?
Be involved – there are many different ways to utilize the services that CEW provides so use what works for you. You may be interested in networking at an event or researching a new category in their beauty news. You can really individualize your experience; my suggestion is to make the most of it.
What is the most exciting aspect of your current role?
I am currently spearheading our global digital initiatives. I find it such an exciting time for us to really build our foundation for growth online. The beauty industry is quickly evolving, and it provides an opportunity to continuously evaluate your business, try new things and adapt.
How do you spend your time when you’re not working?
Quality time with family, catching up on current events and reading.
