Daniel Annese is a globally recognized executive leader and board advisor with more than 30 years of experience building and transforming iconic brands across the beauty, luxury, and consumer goods industries. Known for his strategic vision and people-first leadership style, Daniel has shaped brand portfolios throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, with particularly deep expertise in the China market.

As President and Founder of Future Solutions, LLC, he advises organizations on brand strategy, global expansion, and performance acceleration. Previously, Daniel spent 26 years with The Estée Lauder Companies, where he held several senior executive roles, including Global Brand President and Executive Strategic Advisor to newly acquired brands. Throughout his tenure, he consistently delivered strong financial results while elevating brands such as Estée Lauder and Tom Ford Beauty on the global stage.

Daniel’s earlier career includes leadership positions at Pilkington Barnes Hind and Unilever, where he drove product innovation, marketing strategy, and category growth. His achievements have been recognized through industry honors, including the “Look Good, Feel Better” Award, and he has contributed thought leadership as a guest lecturer on winning strategies in the China market.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bryant University and has completed executive studies at The Wharton School and Columbia University, focusing on global leadership and China strategy.
