Deepti Chauhan Manjee is a Managing Director in TD Cowen’s Consumer Investment Banking Group leading the Beuaty, Personal Care and Wellness effort.

Mrs. Manjee has over 20 years of experience in the consumer sector with initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and equity private placements.  She has deep relationships across the BPC / Wellness ecosystem with global strategics, emerging and disruptive brands and investors across the growth spectrum. Prior to joining TD Cowen in 2022, Mrs. Manjee spent over a decade in JPMorgan’s Consumer/Retail/Healthcare Investment Banking team and most recently, Citigroup’s Consumer/Retail team where she founded Citi’s Consumer Disruptive Growth effort. She is frequently cited in beauty publications including Glossy and Beauty Independent and shares insights on the sector/trends at various industry conferences.

Mrs. Manjee holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where she was a Joseph Wharton Scholar.
