Doreen is a senior beauty industry leader with more than 25 years of global and regional experience across luxury and mass consumer channels. She has a proven track record of propelling both founder-led indie brands and billion-dollar legacy brands –  building strategic roadmaps that expand product pipelines and distribution footprints, sharpen cultural relevance, and accelerate digital growth. Known for pairing entrepreneurial resourcefulness with corporate strategic discipline, she consistently delivers sales and profitability while cultivating high-spirited, high-performing teams.

After earning her Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in 1998, Doreen began her career in advertising before moving into brand marketing, where she found her true passion. She spent the next twenty years at L’Oréal helping build and scale iconic brands including Garnier, Maybelline, Giorgio Armani, Lancôme, and YSL Beauty.

She then spent five years as President North America for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, where she was instrumental in scaling the business to the #1 brand at Sephora.

Since April 1, 2026, Doreen has served as CEO of YSE Beauty alongside founder Molly Sims.

Doreen has lived and worked across Canada, France, and the U.S. She currently resides in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and two daughters.
