Combining technical expertise, commercial acumen, and operational discipline, Ewelina has built, repositioned, and scaled high-performance brands across physician-dispensed, luxury retail, professional spa, and direct-to-consumer channels. Her expertise spans brand strategy, product innovation, commercialization, portfolio optimization, and growth strategy across topical skincare, haircare, color cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and wellness. She is particularly focused on translating advanced research, clinically relevant ingredients, and differentiated product platforms into credible, consumer-relevant brands with durable commercial value.
